1. Commitment
Astrelle Systems, LLC ("Astrelle Systems," the "Company," "we," "us" or "our") is committed to ensuring that the website located at www.astrellesystems.com (the "Site") is accessible to the widest possible audience, including individuals with disabilities. The Company serves healthcare, defense, public safety and government organizations, and regards digital accessibility as an operating requirement rather than an optional feature.
2. Conformance Standard
The Site is designed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the standard incorporated by reference in the Revised Section 508 Standards issued by the United States Access Board and in the Department of Justice rule under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act governing state and local government web content. The Company treats this standard as the baseline for the Site and for the digital content that the Company produces for the Site.
Conformance status: partially conformant. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the standard. The known limitations are described in Section 5.
3. Measures Taken
The Company takes the following measures to support accessibility of the Site:
- Accessibility is included as a requirement in the design, development and content production process for the Site.
- Pages are built with semantic HTML structure, including a logical heading hierarchy, labeled form fields, descriptive link text and landmark regions.
- Meaningful images carry text alternatives, and decorative images are marked so that assistive technology can skip them.
- Color contrast between text and background is maintained at or above the WCAG 2.1 Level AA ratio, and color is not used as the only means of conveying information.
- All interactive elements are operable by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and without keyboard traps.
- Video content hosted by the Company is provided with synchronized captions, and audio content is provided with a transcript.
- Content reflows and remains usable at 200 percent magnification and on mobile devices without loss of information.
- The Site is evaluated with automated testing tools and with manual review, including screen reader and keyboard only testing, before major releases and periodically thereafter.
4. Compatibility
The Site is designed to be compatible with current versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, and with commonly used assistive technologies, including JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver and TalkBack, when used with a supported browser. The Site may not display or function correctly in browsers that are no longer supported by their developers.
5. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content on the Site may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Known limitations include the following:
- Documents in PDF format published before September 21, 2026 may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Accessible versions are available on request.
- Video content hosted on third party platforms, and interactive content embedded from third party services such as scheduling or chat tools, is subject to the accessibility features of those platforms and may not meet the standard in every respect.
The Company is working to remediate these limitations and updates this Statement as remediation is completed.
6. Third Party Content
The Site contains links to, and may embed content from, websites and services operated by third parties, including manufacturers whose products the Company distributes. The Company does not control the accessibility of third party content and this Statement does not extend to it. Concerns regarding third party content should be directed to the operator of that content.
7. Products and Services
This Statement addresses the Site only. Accessibility conformance information for products distributed or serviced by the Company, including any Voluntary Product Accessibility Template or Accessibility Conformance Report prepared under the Information Technology Industry Council format, is provided on request in connection with a procurement and is governed by the documentation supplied for that procurement.
8. Feedback and Assistance
The Company welcomes feedback on the accessibility of the Site. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, are unable to access any content or feature, or require information from the Site in an alternative format, contact us by any of the following means. Please describe the barrier, the page or feature involved, and the assistive technology and browser you were using.

9. Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the Company's response to an accessibility concern, you may escalate the matter in writing to the address above, marked to the attention of the Company's Secretary. Nothing in this Statement limits any right you may have under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 or Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, or any other applicable law.
10. Review of This Statement
This Statement was prepared on September 21, 2026 and is reviewed at least annually and whenever a material change is made to the Site.
