1. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies and browser storage can remember preferences and measure website use. This notice describes the public Astrelle website; staff authentication and security services may use separate necessary cookies.
2. Your Choices
Optional analytics loads only after you accept analytics through Privacy Choices. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from browsing or submitting a briefing request. You can change your choice using Privacy Choices in the footer. Closing the preference window without accepting does not authorize optional analytics.
Your selection is stored on your device under astrelle_privacy_v1 for up to 180 days. This necessary preference storage is not an advertising identifier. Clearing browser storage removes the saved choice. Where browser storage is unavailable, your selection may not persist between pages.
3. Analytics
When configured and enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics 4 after you accept analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures website use and performance without analytics cookies. Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions; we configure a maximum lifetime of 180 days, subject to browser limits and renewal. If an integration is not connected, it does not collect data through our consent controls.
We measure page views and selected actions such as briefing starts, successful submissions, and contact-link clicks. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses or the contents of your request to analytics. Optional source information supplied with an inquiry is stored in our internal system only when you accept analytics.
4. Advertising and External Links
We do not deploy Google Ads, LinkedIn advertising pixels or embedded Google Maps on the public site. Links to other websites, including Google Maps, open services with their own privacy practices.
5. Withdrawing Consent
Select Reject Analytics in Privacy Choices to disable optional analytics on subsequent page loads and remove accessible Google Analytics cookies. The page may reload to stop previously loaded tools. Withdrawing consent does not undo data already transmitted. You can also delete cookies or restrict storage in your browser.
We treat the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a request to keep optional analytics off. Our analytics preference is separate from processing a briefing request you choose to submit.
